North Burdekin Water Board (NBWB) staff is committed to serving the public interest that will make a positive impact in the field of groundwater replenishment and irrigation.
NBWB has one Chairman and six board members from local community with diverse background and experience. The members are elected by local growers/farmers and meet once a month throughout the year. The board members oversee the work of NBWB and make strategic decisions and implementations.

NBWB has eleven staff members undertaking and assisting in management, field operations and pump site maintenance with diverse management/technological knowledge and skills.
